While customer data are the main ingredients in each product of Truvo, data quality has always been a key success factor for Truvo in general. Moreover, it had a huge impact on business strategy and innovation plans of the company.
Lucie Selleslags (Data Base Manager) en Herman Kerstens (Content Manager New Media) will present the case; they will illustrate how data quality and data enrichment initiatives in recent years could get enough focus amongst other sales & marketing projects, and which consequences it had for the company in various areas.
